Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Processing time
Every CalmRuffy order is carefully prepared and processed within 24 hours (business days).

Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days after your order is processed. During busy periods (holidays, major sales) or due to carrier delays, delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show its first update.

Customs, duties and taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Late or missing package
If your order hasn't been delivered 35 days after shipping, or if the package is confirmed lost, we'll offer you a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it only if your order hasn't shipped yet.
